Any insight into WF comp/growth/future?
Summer associate comp? Signing bonus? Bonuses? Promotion to VP? Good place to build a career? Seems like there’s a lot of internal excitement regarding the direction of and growth within the department. I’ll be in Charlotte in a coverage group (most likely. still deliberating). I’ll be older after grad school and looking for somewhere with more reasonable WLB, not in NYC bc I can’t handle it for that long, and where I can stay and build a career.
