I have an interview at a BB and it’s a position working with CLO’s. I believe it’s a reporting and relationship management position. Is this career good or is it something that doesn’t have any future growth?

Depends what you want. I'm sure the pay is fine for a 9-5, but if you want to move into a different seat the reporting side has little shot at moving into front office roles. It'd be better to be in a FO role but at a smaller company than back office at a BB
