Applying to off cycles (London)
I recently graduated from undergrad in the UK but I am taking a gap year to gain more experience and take the GMAT before beginning a masters in September 2025.
On my CV, should I include the fact that I plan on doing a masters? Or do off cycle recruiters prefer a graduate with nothing else lined up? Thanks

Think for off-cycle roles there’s no expectation that you have anything lined up - or else you wouldn’t be looking for a role! I wouldn’t necessarily mention that you’re planning on doing a masters, but be prepared to be asked what you’re doing between graduating and now with a robust answer.
