Applying to same US + UK EB?

Hi monkeys,

I had a quick question about applying to the same EB on both sides of the atlantic. I am a dual US-UK citizen and a first year student at a target school in the UK. A while back, I got into an EB spring program (think pjt/evercore/rothschild) that was delayed until late summer. Usually, these springs convert to a summer offer the next year, but the ac for our spring program was delayed until late summer along with the program. As you all know, summer recruiting for these eb's are kicking off stateside, and I wanna maximize my chances for working at one of these banks.

My question is: what would hr think if I apply to the same firm's positions in NYC while still in the recruiting pipeline for emea via their special spring program? Would they toss out both my apps? Would london be less inclined to take me on knowing I submitted an app to NYC after I got accepted to their spring program but before our last ac?

Thanks for the responses!
