Are EB IB hours that bad?
Us BB’s have it pretty rough and I heard EB’s can be a lot worse. Thinking of lateraling but don’t know if I can handle the uptick in hours at this point. Do you really work until 3am every single night? Seems outrageous.
Impossible to generalize, would look more at the specific group instead of just "BB" vs "EB". Some BB groups work until 3am most nights, and some EB groups are low hours
if you're only working until say 12am every night those are pretty good hours regardless of BB/EB
