Attaching a pitch to a cold email asking for a coffee chat?
Junior from a Canadian target here who will start networking for FT 2025 in April. Would it be prudent to attach a stock pitch I've made? It may seem pushy but at this late in the game I don't really have months and months to build deep connections with the people I network with, so it might be best to at least subtly imply what I'm looking for even though I'm only explicitly asking for a coffee chat to learn more about them and their story. I do have three prior internships under my belt, all boutiques: a VC, LMM PE, and a boutique hedge fund. Thanks.
