Baird London - Culture, Exits, WLB, Comp

Hi all,

Could anyone in the know give me some info on Baird’s London office? Anything around comp, culture, exit opportunities etc.

Also interested in the learning opportunities (do seniors take an interest in your development etc.) as I’m currently just gone A2 at a bank where seniors really don’t care.
