BAML TMT in London

Hello, I’m starting out with BAML this summer in london within the TMT team (FT offer). What are the possible exit 2-3 years down the line ? And do you have any echos on bank/team culture ? Thank you

Hope they don't see this...

The TMT team is quite big so I really doubt that they could know who this guy is, and anyways, he could be lying and could be starting in Jan-March but trying to pretend he is starting later

Now focusing on the thread question, its a large team that is having good exits as long as I know, but not on par with GS, MS

Its hard to talk about culture within large teams, so that will really depend on who you work with as it happens in most teams, but as far as I am concerned is not seen as a sweaty team so in general you should be ok
