Banker by day/masked vigilante by night & I’m possibly burnt out. Seeking advice…
I’m an investment banking analyst by day at an undisclosed bank and provide coverage on an undisclosed industry vertical because I don’t want to give away my secret identity. Duh…
By night, I fight organized crime and investigate financial fraud as a masked vigilante who brings criminals to their knees implementing my own form of justice since the “system is broken” and has “failed us”. Crimes include embezzlement, accounting fraud, other illegal organized white collar crime.
Unfortunately, fighting crime doesn’t pay much and in order to fund my operation as well as all my gadgets, I work in investment banking.
The hours have gotten ridiculous and now criminals are running free because correcting font sizes are more important for whatever reason and I really need to finish these presentations because my MD is breathing down my neck.
I’m really burnt out and I don’t know what to do. Any advice would be great. Thanks!
Yours faithfully, The Bankman
