Banking culture in SF?
What’s IB culture like in SF? Would it be comparable to NY in terms of long hours, high standards, competitiveness?
What are personalities like? Are there more stereotypical Californians in your groups?

Career Resources
Dress code and decorum is a bit more relaxed, personalities are just as intense but more on the nerdy than the preppy side, hours are just as long (but usually less of a face time culture), replace golf culture with hiking/skiing culture.
If you want relatively chiller and more relaxed IB culture, LA > SF, but imo as someone who lateraled from NY, SF > NY IB culture.
