Banks with the hotest women?

I know women who interned at Evercore and GS (both NYC) who are 10s in my book (white and Hispanic). I think the pretty girls go to Top BBs/EBs, based on personal experience. Haven't seen much of those who go to MMs. Thoughts?

Nordic banks, of course.

Are those banks male dominant, or 50/50?

The teams I worked with were male dominant. But the banks as a whole are not, from what I could see. Nice, more relaxed atmosphere. they work to live up there...
