Does Barclays really have the best culture of all the BBs on the street. How does it compare to DB?

I interned at Barclays and it’s very team dependent like any other bank. I had an “ok” experience with my team not sure why people can generalize culture for such a large firm. I don’t think you’d see anything different at any other BB except maybe for Goldman. Industrials and tech are the only teams I know at Barclays that have “bad” culture but even tech is getting better b/c they have a new group head like 1.5yrs ago
tech group is sweaty, but wouldn't say bad culture. great group of juniors they just work very hard...

CRG is great - very nice people and known for being one of the larger groups that still has good deal flow.
