Barclays Graduate Programme??
Barclays are coming to my school, and we were told to apply for a "graduate programme" they have. They have openings in Madrid and London, which I did apply to. They're going to interview us on campus during a careers event. I'm not sure exactly what this graduate programme is. Is it just like a regular analyst programme or something less of value? I didn't think they'd consider me, but now I'm invited to an interview. I don't feel like it's a good idea to ask them what this programme is.
