Barclays London: How long is the analyst programme? Strange stuff in programme overview
I'm considering applying for Barclays Banking Graduate Programme 2025 London which as I understand is an IB analyst programme.
In the programme overview, they say it's a:
1-2 year targeted, fast-track programme focused on developing specialist technical expertise.
I'm really confused, because I thought Barclays had a 3 years IB analyst programme...
Can someone please explain what they mean here and how long is their programme?

Can you please explain that? I don't know anyone from Barclays personally, but pretty sure almost all banks have the fixed duration of analyst stints (contrary to some small regional boutiques, but that's not the case here)
The analyst program is 3 years. Whatever HR mumbo jumbo they're spouting you can ignore.
