Do you have info on prestige, exit opps, overall culture, work hours,... that would be great.

Anyone have any insight into the UK Coverage team at Barclays?
Have seen with UK teams at other banks all they basically do is Takeover Code and legal/process work. Is it the same at Barclays or do the guys actually originate deals?
Also, what's modelling exposure like for the juniors (analyst/associate)?
I've heard this is still the case with Barclays (sector coverage basically does all of the modelling) - anyone heard similar things?

Pretty sure barclays UK team is best on the street iirc. From my friends there, they have a great uk culture and isn't that bad for ib hours (65-90hrs)

Definitely very good and respected but not close to being best team in the street regarding to exits or dealflow.
Agree with French Hardo. MS and BofA UK teams far superior, also JPM (albeit they have a diff business model with Cazenove etc.)
