BB- IB Full-Time Analyst Roles

Hey Everyone,

The full-time analyst roles are beginning to open up from the Bulge Brackets. I was wondering what my chances are applying to the big names given I have no strict investment banking internship experiences (I do have Finance experience, just not at a bank sadly). Does this decrease my chances on paper and at interviews? Most people I see on LinkedIn who usually get the full times roles all seem to have previous experiences at a bank. If anyone reading this has gotten into the full time grad roles without this, please do shout!

Thanks :)

there's already a lot of threads like this on here. but long story short, it depends on several factors. Are you from a target school? Do you have relevant/transferrable internship experience ?(based on what you said this depends on how you can spin it)

But if you want to stand a chance at full-time recruiting you need to network your ass off. Make good relationships with people at the banks so they push for you for interviews. Then it's up to you to seal the deal.
