BB SA or MM FT

Hello there, I was fortunate enough to land both a BB SA and a MM FT for 2025, however, I am not sure which one I should accept, especially since the start date for the FT role clashes with the SA program.

What would you advice be?

Take the MM FT offer. If it’s a good MM it should be easy to lateral after 1+ years if you’re desperate to do BB
