BB S&T to Ib Ft lateral?
Hey guys,
I will be interning next year at a BB S&T for my junior year internship. How likely is it to lateral to IB full time if I really want it? Is it an uphill battle or pretty doable? Thank you.

Definitely possible. Went BB ST > Boutique through FT recruiting. You have to be spotless on your technicals, networks your butt off, and have a really compelling story on why you are making the switch.

There's a former trading intern in every FT class i've seen at my BB. Not always interns from our bank so be sure to look outside your current firm as well.
