BB vs. EB experience

I did internships at various BBs and will start FT next year. Before committing, I was wondering how does the experience really differ at an EB? I didn't enjoy some aspects at the BBs such as financing projects, the amount of discussion materials books, and the face time culture.

Understand each EB is different but if anyone experienced both, is it that different?
