To explain, I'll be an IB SA at a BB this summer, but ideally not looking to convert to FT and get murdered with insane hours. What are some good options for me, that would pay well (doesn't have to be IB well) but have relatively better hours? Starting to look into FT 2023 now and would appreciate any help
