That’s called Private Capital Advisory, pretty sure it’s the best group on the street within the space by a wide margin
Pay is same, if not higher than M&A
Hours are the same as M&A
Culture at PCA is pretty good
Exits are much better in M&A
PCA exits are not good (No PE exits, only secondaries), hours worse than M&A. PCA is so bad compared to Evercore M&A for exit opps lol
