Best path to BB FO from Tier 2 Bank FO?

Hi all

First post for me, a long time lurker on the forum, very appreciative of the great insights provided over the last few yrs.

By way of background, a recent grad from a target UK uni, low-mid 2.1 (oof), v.strong ECs, strong GCSE / A-Level, relatively weak work exp.

Basically I am about to undertake an O-C in DCM at a Tier 2 bank in London (think Mizuho, Commerzbank, Mediobanca), and I am unsure if this alone will be enough to get into a BB afterwards for a FT/O-C role (don't really mind which one), or if it would be worth it to complete a solid Masters (thinking LSE MSc A&F due to requirements and timelines) in Sep 2022. 

Also, slight side-note, any ideas what salary/hrs/perks would be for this specific role I am about to start?
