Their healthcare team is the biggest in Europe apparently - 50 bankers, but also a world renowned sweatshop

Roths healthcare is top notch, but quite a sweaty team. TMT / consumer are also good. Their RX is very strong and is doing better recently.
Healthcare and consumer are both top but sweaty culture. HC has become a bit better as they've hired more people. Both are big revolving doors
IBS, strong repeat deal-flow, old school but good culture, lots of FT headline deals e.g. Advent Cobham, Advent Evri, you see a theme here
Corp Debt and Lev Fin teams seems to do well with good culture, not much turnover
TMT not good, half the associates and VPs have left due to toxic culture, top heavy
FIG, lost half the MDs, big cultural problems, unsure if still an issue, seniors couldn't bring in deals
Infra, strong but not v. social team
