Big 4 consulting/transaction divisions overview?

I am a university student, and I recently attended a networking event where I learned about the Big 4 consulting divisions ( Stragery&/EY-P). I am particularly interested in the transaction side of things. I just wanted to get some clarity on the role regarding analyst salaries, day-to-day responsibilities, and potential exit opportunities, specifically in the London office. It would be really helpful if someone could provide some info and help me out. Thank you so much for your time.
