Big4 M&A vs Chill Reputable Boutique

Hi all, which would you choose if you had to choose between these two places to go through your first M&A experience? I'd get exposure to likely bigger deals and a better-known brand name in the Big4 firm. Still, I've talked with current and ex-analysts/interns at this (locally) very well-known boutique who all vouched both for the learning experience and especially the collegial and friendly culture at the firm. I'm currently inclined towards the second choice. Would appreciate any insight!

Look at where the ex interns/analysts go from this boutique and that should give you an idea of exit opps. Does that align with where you want to be?

B4 would probably give you more flexibility to move countries/regions if that is a goal.

yes plenty of them are in london IB. I was also recently told by someone at an EB (think CVP/EVR/LAZ) that they helped him land a gig at a PE fund after he left
