Bloomberg Analytics and Sales Assessment Centre

I know Bloomberg isn't IB but I'm posting this here for visibility.

So I have the assessment centre for Bloomberg analytics and sales coming up and I want to know what to expect.

I understand the cookie cutter answers people give but I need a more indepth insight. Like, what do the interviewers look for? How do you pick a candidate? What can I watch out for? What interviewees impressed you the most or what did you do as an interviewee that made the most impression? etc etc.

Also, I'm really confused about the lay structure. I've seen so many things about the A&S London salary, but I'd like to hear from people here.

I hope this can be expansive for the sake of posterity as there's not much info on the firm here.
