SA offers at both - in 2023 BNP performance seems higher, more M&A deals, climbing rankings esp in europe. DB seems to be in a downturn, although obviously DB's name as a BB has historically been better than BNPP, esp in America. Any ideas?

As someone who spent this summer at bnp i urge you to go to db. Better platform and in the case that you have to re-recruit than you will have a much better brand on your resume, not to mention higher base and higher bonus I'm pretty sure.
