BofA 2026 off-cycle video interview
I applied to this 2026 off cycle internship at BofA in London and got an immediate interview invitation. It’s a regular hirevue 3 question interview. I’m kinda weirded out that they only give 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to answer. It’s a bit unusual which obviously means I must prepare for all conceivable questions.
Has anyone done it?
Pretty limited in scope, ngl.
The third question is about current events happening in the world right now, the first is about how your background and experiences make you a great fit for this role.
The second question is the one that probably differs - teamwork, convincing stakeholders to see your point of view, explaining a subject to non-experts.
Pretty basic.

1 and 3 are definitely going to come up. It's a baseline question for most on-demand interviews, so I see no reason why being asked "tell me about yourself" and "current events affecting the area you applied to" won't show up.
Good luck with your application - I underperformed on my answer delivery and I'm basically NGMI, but do well to compose yourself, the three-minute timeframe finishes pretty quickly.

Did you do the UK Campus Assessment for Jan 2027 IB? I got the HV 1 week after I applied.
I just did the phone interview. I had a VP from the France office and she was throwing technical questions back-to-back. She also only emailed me about the phone call 40mins prior to it, so I couldn't even prep that much. The questions she asked, though, seemed a bit outta technical scope for an off-cycle intern, but I could be wrong.
How soon after the test did people receive a hv? This is for 2027 roles obvs
