I applied to this 2026 off cycle internship at BofA in London and got an immediate interview invitation. It’s a regular hirevue 3 question interview. I’m kinda weirded out that they only give 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to answer. It’s a bit unusual which obviously means I must prepare for all conceivable questions.

The third question is about current events happening in the world right now, the first is about how your background and experiences make you a great fit for this role.
The second question is the one that probably differs - teamwork, convincing stakeholders to see your point of view, explaining a subject to non-experts.

1 and 3 are definitely going to come up. It's a baseline question for most on-demand interviews, so I see no reason why being asked "tell me about yourself" and "current events affecting the area you applied to" won't show up.
Good luck with your application - I underperformed on my answer delivery and I'm basically NGMI, but do well to compose yourself, the three-minute timeframe finishes pretty quickly.
