I had a bonus meeting and the Executive Director (potentially an oversight) gave me the same bonus payment amount for three months of 2023 equivalent to what I have received in 2024; essentially telling me, the three months I worked in 2023, is the same amount as the work I did in 2024. I have now resigned because to me, an adequate reason was not provided. Thoughts please?
