What do good Boutiques in London pay? I'm referring to firms with multiple former MM Bank (HW, Baird, Blair etc.) Analysts founded by a MD from a BB/EB/MM Bank. I assume they pay street?

Rumor has it that Valence Group paid extremely well. Know for a fact that base was slightly above street and heard that bonuses were > 100%. Think this might not be the case now that they were acquired by Piper Sandler. Good shop overall for chemicals. Cavendish is barely Ibanking
