Over the years, many have realized being mid bucket and working more realistic hours is the better path in IB, while getting to top bucket often isn’t worth the additional effort / time put into the job
However, my question is: can mid bucket analysts end up getting top bucket if everyone else in the class is also mid bucket / are there any groups that just pay 1 bucket for bonus?
