Can you leave a cadetship? (AU)

Hi guys, i'm looking at applying for the UBS cadetship program for newly graduated high school students in Sydney,

 1. My ultimate goal is to work in London IB, so if i got an offer from LSE right now I would rather go there instead continuing down the cadetship program. Does this make sense for you guys or would it be a bad idea to leave an established cadetship program to go overseas for a chance to break into finance there?

2. I know UBS is not seen very favourably on here but it is one of the better banks in Australia, I was wondering if it is even considered a good program (given they accept 85+ ATAR which seems a little low if it is good) given the time it takes away from your social life and probably gives you no opportunity to do club activities.

3. Will leaving a cadetship 1 year in get me blacklisted from the bank?
