Canaccord Genuity vs. Stifel - London
I'm wondering how mid-market banks such as Canaccord Genuity and Stifel compare to each other in London. I know both firms do quite well in ECM and corporate broking, but it seems as though they haven't completed too many M&A deals in 2020.
Are they comparable to each other in reputation, or is one better than the other? There isn't too much written about either bank on here with a London focus, so I'd be interested in finding out how they rank in London.
Ultimately, which firm would be best to start out a career in IB?
