Career path help

Hi,

Background: I’m currently doing my last year of my undergrad in a Nordic country. My goal is to break into BB in London. I'm currently part time employed (~25-30h/week) at a big 4 corporate finance (M&A) department next to my studies. The partners has asked if I want to come work full time after I'm done studying and said that they want to keep my talent in the firm (though no formal offer).

My question is: How do I best set my self up to reach my goal? Take the full time offer then try to lateral? Take a master in the UK? Other?

The Nordic scene is rather small so I'm certain that I can get interviews at all Nordic banks (no knowledge about BB Nordic offices though) + MBB, if that makes any difference.

Thanks a lot guys!
