Centerview London - Culture

Hey guys, I’m an AN2 in a BB, and I’m fed up working in my sector coverage. My seniors are crazy, and while working on execs, we are pitching all the time and doing BDs. I’m also fed up of doing none-technical work (and this is across the whole team, I’m the more technical guy, and I only do benchmarkings…)

How is the culture in centerview? Are you also organized by sector teams? Do you do a lot of pitching? How is the progression? (I.e how many years to become an Aso?) how is the pay?

Thanks
