There isn’t any, have a friend working in the capital markets team. And it’s a real grind even in those teams.
Ofc its not all as bad as TMT but you will be far away from easily hitting the gym.
Its IB and Cap Market teams work pretty hard as well, if the market is hot. So looking for the chill opportunity would be more about leaving between 11pm - 1am while other teams stay 2-3 more hours. You dont do this for the free time, you get the GS (or any other decent bank / boutique) stamp & experience and profit off that once you move on.
GS and chill don’t go together.
You’re gonna get grinded in IBD no matter the group.

If that is your expectation then you gotta choose a different bank because you will get seriously disillusioned.
9-23 doesn’t even happen consistently at MMs with weak deal flow lmao.
None of them can consistently say they end before 12am. Just grind it out
