Choosing Study Abroad Options

Hi guys! I’m a south Asian male and was looking for some advice between study abroad options as a college student. I have the choice of pursuing ESSEC, a school in Stockholm, a school in Frankfurt, and a school in Rotterdam as well as a school in Dublin. My goal is to have the most fun possible and was looking for a place with an active social scene. What would be your advice between options like these?? Thank you!
