Which bank is performing better currently in 2025? Looking to lateral from an EB and both banks have openings, TMT M&A. Potentially look to exit to PE in a few years too.
I know Citi have a separate TMT Tech team so would look to join that.

Why would you want to lateral from an EB? Just curious, are the exit opps from a BB so much better to compensate the lower comp?
Yep, EB exits to PE in Europe compared to BBs (Roths/PJT aside) are tougher, compared to the US where EB exits tend to be better.
