Current analyst at Barclays - confirmed we didn’t interview for FT. HR cited high acceptance rate on return offers from our intern class (likely due to a frozen lateral hire market given the current market environment). Feel awful for rising seniors recruiting right as a 10+ year market bull run is coming to a screeching halt, terrible luck. Even COVID just improved lateral opportunities for a year and a half.
