Should I aim to be emailing HR or team members directly?
When reaching out should I be direct to the point or try to set up call and introduce myself first?

Just on getting work experience, definitely use the Trackr app (Bristol Tracker) if you dont already, they have a section for pre uni work experience and internships that include firms from all sizes (BB firms to boutiques)
