3yrs of experience and recently promoted to AS2 with 85% and 105% bonus in past two years.
However there’s a lady now with 11yrs experience who has finally made VP1 after being held for several years with 30-40% bonus and is not seen as the best but promoted due to tenor. Expectations is that VP is their ceiling.
Should I focus more on the money or the title and anyone have this situation?
