Corporate Banking Associate Salary - London

Can anyone provide any guidance on expected salary in London in Corporate Banking? Background at Big 4 TS (2.5 years) + 2.5 years at a boutique corporate bank in asset finance (1 year in Associate function post promotion). Moving to London and am curious what I could expect in terms of Base + Bonus / progression in a similar role but at an international bank.

Thanks a lot.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it's a bit tricky to give an exact figure without knowing the specific bank and role you're moving into. However, as a general guide, a Corporate Banking Associate in London can expect a base salary in the range of £50,000 - £70,000. Bonuses can vary widely, but typically might be 20-50% of the base salary.

Remember, these are just averages and actual compensation can vary based on the bank, your experience, and the specific role. It's always a good idea to negotiate your salary and benefits package to ensure you're getting the best possible deal. Good luck with your move!
