Long story short - cousin is applying to colleges and is interested in IB. He wants Penn but most of my family went to HPC (Harvard Princeton UChicago) so don't think they will support his decision. Does the street still perceive a major discount to Penn compared to more traditional brand name schools (I.e. HPC) or is the gap smaller now? Thanks!
