Hi - there is v little on here about Crosstree Capital (Boutique HC shop in Tampa, FL), so was just wondering if anyone has any info on sa 2024 recruitment/timeline, comp, culture, deal flow, exit ops etc. Any info is appreciated!
I heard bad things about culture from an employee who left last year. Not sure since it’s one person’s opinion, but just a heads-up
Place is an enigma.
Made it to final round interviews. Round one of super day they basically say I have the job and literally asked me when I could start. Part two of final interview was supposed to be handshake meet and greet with CEO.
CEO ghosts me and never shows up. Nobody ever joins and Zoom call just ends. Then HR and every single person I interviewed with just ghosts me.
Week later the kid who got the offer posts on LinkedIn, came from USF with zero experience. Very clear something was up there.
Now I'm at a BB in NYC so turned out okay but joke of a process
