ASO1 wanting to lateral to london next year (not UK citizen). I know networking isn't big in the UK, so what's the best approach? straight apply or do i have to do a master of some sorts? any intel appreciated!

Bump. I think the best way to go about from what I have seen is you have to get a masters in the UK and then recruit to banks over there. However I think if you work in a BB, I think there is opportunity to lateral through a program they offer.
