I am non white, but would not really call myself a minority in London. I work as an offcycle intern at a BB in a niche/specialized sector and PWP was looking for a grad/offcycle for the same role. Applied within 30 minutes of the job being posted. Had well networked with PWP Analysts who asked me to put their name as a referral. I also go to a French target school. Still got ghosted. I really wanna know How DP chooses who gets even their 15 min first round calls!!
