Hi Monkeys,
Studying some infra valuation and wondering if anyone could kindly shed light on data center valuation, i.e., drivers, metrics, multiples, etc.. How would infra bankers build valuation?
My guess is that revenue would be based on something close to revenue per cabinet / square foot, but not sure if this is correct.
