You don't do modeling in DCM
what would you say are the best things that would make me stand out?
Honestly, just read about basic macro and how it affects DCM. Make sure to learn basic PPT, and everything else you will learn on the job. DCM is one those career paths you can probably learn everything in the first 4-5 months in the job
