Interviewed with them before but had no experience at the time (was about 2 years ago) so was dinged.
They have loads of industry-specific consultants who they pull into certain deals but aren’t employed by the company and I’m pretty sure they are paid per project.
The M&A team itself is small I think (5-10 people).
