I'm currently at a non-target for a specific bank, and I applied for the 2024 SA using "company website" for how I found the position. However, shortly after an analyst I talked to said he sent my resume to HR for referrals. Will this affect my chances of getting an interview? Should I re-apply but include the referral this time? Trying to maximize my chances here. Thanks!
